Renova Energy receives proposed binding of AES Tietê by High Wind Complex III

SAO PAULO (Reuters)-the Renewed Energy received a binding of AES Tietê Energy proposal for the acquisition of all of your participation in the High Wind Complex III, for an undisclosed amount, the company in fact reported the night of Tuesday. The binding proposal also involves approximately 1.1 GW in certain developing wind power projects. The Renova Energy said it has not yet reviewed the proposal of AES Tietê and that "has been studying other possibilities" to consider your capital structure.
