Ucbvet designs 15% growth in 2017

Sao Paulo-the company of veterinary medicinal products Ucbvet Animal Health provides a 15% increase in turnover this year about 2016, reaching the R $92 million, according to the commercial Director of the lab, Nilton Martini.
The increase represents R more $12 million compared to $80 million R achieved last year. In 2016, the company won 9% more about 2015. Already the market, in General, grew 5 percent on the same basis as the National Union of industry of Animal health products (Sindan).
"Our intention is to continue at this level, even though we maintain this rate of growth is increasingly difficult," says Martini.
According to him, the gross sales of the high 20% registered pharmacist in the first half of this year over the same period to 2016, adding R $36.7 million. The company has 65% of gross revenue tied to the 30% of ruminants, and 5% of horses.
The estimate of revenues in 2017 includes the first results of the GlobalGen Vet Science, a joint venture set up last year by Ucbvet and the ReproGen, a holding company of North American research focused on products used in animal husbandry.
The marketing manager of farm animals in the lab, Caio Alves, comments that, in addition to the partnership, the ruminants market should improve in the second half.
"We have the at sign in recovery and the projection of future market indicates prices for the oxen at levels close to the earlier whirlwind that hit the sector," says he, referring to scandals in the sector. "I believe the producer will invest more in reproduction, management and herd health with this market adjustment", stresses.
In the view of investment in Martini is a necessity, which favors the company. "The producer cannot stop producing".
The company has recently acquired an area of 22000 square meters in the industrial district of Jaboticabal (SP) municipality, where keeps your thirst. The company''s exports account for only 2% of revenues, but the number of countries for which the company exports are expanding, he said. The Ucbvet began to board products for ruminants in Uruguay and Peru this year and has customers in six countries of South and Central America.
