Sonae Sierra has high of 28.8% in net income

Sonae Sierra Brazil, owner of nine shopping malls in the country, recorded a net profit (attributable to shareholders) of R $21 million in the third quarter of 2017, up 28.8 percent over the same period to 2016. The growth was also seen in the first nine months, when the profit reached R $93,227,000, 139.9% higher than that recorded in the same range of 2016. Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) totaled R $60.4 million between July and September, 7.7% advance on the same basis of comparison. Year to date, the Ebitda totaled $181.2 million, against R R $173.2 million of the same period last year. The Ebitda margin grew from 67.3% to 69.5% in the third quarter and was practically stable year to date in 69.6%, up from 69.8 percent in the first nine months of 2016. Net revenues totaled R already $86.9 million in the third quarter, up 4.2%. In the first nine months from 2017, the revenue was $260.1 million, growth of R 4.4%.
