DuPont and Arysta close partnership

The Arysta LifeScience DuPont announced a partnership for long-term collaboration collaboration. The Arysta will provide DuPont Crop Protection, agricultural Division of DowDuPont, an "innovative" technology of fungicides. The initial focus will be in the corn and soybean solutions applied to seeds.
DuPont will acquire the registration rights, development and trade for products through the brands of seeds to third companies and distributors globally including Arysta LifeSience technologies. According to the companies, the cooperation must lead to the development of additional products to other crops.
DuPont intends to develop, register, have property of the brands and the products combined with the technology of fungicide. These new products include a systemic fungicide to control them soil and seed diseases such as Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, seeds, etc.
"The technology of the Arysta LifeScience for seed treatment is the result of long-term effort in research and development in formulation, biology and application development," said Paula Pinto, global Vice President of portfolio management of Arysta LifeScience. "We are excited about the partnership with DuPont in the development of seed treatment solutions".
