CVC buys Visual Tourism by up to £ $85 million

The CVC announced this Wednesday (8) the purchase of Visual Tourism operator for a value of up to £ $85 million, reinforcing performance in the segment of leisure tourism.
The price involves what will be adjusted $67.9 million R based on Visual and net debt plus up to £ $17 million depending on the achievement of goals.
According to CVC, the industry leader in the country, the Visual has about 250 employees and operates in the intermediation of leisure tourist services, with confirmed reserves of $400 million in 2016 R.
