Minimum wage should rise to 880 to 945.80 R$ R$ in 2017

The Government estimates that the minimum wage, today in R$, will be elevated to 880.00 945.80 R$ next year. The number is part of the proposed budget for 2017, delivered to Congress on Wednesday (31/8), deadline for submission of the text.
In LDO (LDO), presented in July, the forecast was a minimum of R$ 945.50.
By law, the minimum wage adjustment has to be made based on accurate inflation the year before (the Government projects inflation of 7.48% this year) and on the variation of the GDP (gross domestic Product) of two years before. In 2015, GDP shrank 3.8%, so this indicator is not considered in the account.
The minimum correction rule approved in Congress is valid until 2019.
The 2017 budget also provides for correction of 5% of the income tax table and readjust to the Ministers of the STF (Supreme Federal Court) and other careers not yet approved in Congress.
