Itaucard and Multiplus intend to Close Contract

The Itaucard and Multiplus notified the Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) of Act of concentration by which they intend to close "membership agreement" in the issuance of credit cards and loyalty programs for coalition. Cade gave publicity to the business in public notice published in the Official Gazette (GIVE) on Tuesday, day 6. With the notification, the antitrust body will begin to analyze the operation. The commercial partnership provides offer, promotion, distribution and marketing of credit cards across the country. The product will allow participants from the Multiplus Network direct accumulation of points through conversion and price increases.
