AmBev Launches Returnable Bottles collector

To encourage the use of returnable bottles and helping consumers to make the switch, the Ambev Brewery has developed a machine that collects the returnable bottles. The equipment, which is already present in over 800 locations for Brazil, allows the consumer to return the glass bottles in a simple way: just the consumer take the empty shell until machine and thus remove a ticket discount for the purchase of another returnable. Returnable bottles savings can reach 30%. Each delivery point has the capacity to get about 130 bottles of 300 ml. To find exchange points of the hooves, Ambev has also launched a website that indicates the places where customers can find the collection machines.
