Printer maker Lexmark International has agreed to be acquired by investor group led by Apex Technology, headquartered in China, and the Asia Capital, in a PAY deal valued at 3.6 billion dollars in cash, the company said.
Lexmark''s shareholders will receive $ 40.50 for each share owned, 18% award under the closure on Tuesday, to $ 34.32.
Reuters announced earlier this month that the Apex Technology, which produces chips for ink cartridges, was in talks to buy Lexmark.
