Brand acquisition-Natura Acquires 100% of Australia''s Aesop

Natura announced on Tuesday (20), who held purchase options and now holds all of the shares of Australian Emeis Holdings, which operates under the brand Aesop. The brazilian cosmetics company had bought in about 2013 of 65% stake in Australian company and had a choice from this year to buy the rest. From 2013 until this year, the Aesop raised its presence of 8 to 20 countries and the number of stores increased from 57 to 177 in the period. In October of this year, premium skincare brand opened its second store in Brazil, in the neighborhood of Vila Madalena in Sao Paulo.
