Production of beer in Brazil falls 2% in October over a year earlier

SAO PAULO-the production of beer in Brazil opened the last quarter of the year down, retreating 2% in October over the same month of 2015, the 12,542,000 hectoliters, according to data provided by the IRS.
Production of soft drinks collapsed last month in the same comparative 13,4% the 12,089,000 hectoliters.
Compared with September, however, the production of beer in the country in October rose 3,8% and volume refrigerant produced had increased to 6,4%.
