Only two of the Brazil follow among the most ethical: BB and Natura

Once again, Natura and Banco do Brazil are the only Brazilian companies to enter to the list of world's most ethical, drawn up by the Ethisphere Institute.
Nine years ago, listing – which is not a ranking – brings together companies that "not only promote standards and ethical practices internally, but extrapolate compliance legal requirements".
This is the sixth year that Natura is among the honorees, the fifth in a row. Already the Bank of Brazil is in the group for the second time.
The 2015 list has 132 companies from 21 countries. Last year, there were 144 organizations.
To measure the performance of companies, the Ethispere applies a questionnaire with several multiple-choice questions. The questions are divided between five factors: ethics and compliance programs (which have 35 weight%) responsibility and corporate citizenship (20%) and culture of ethics (20 percent), governance (15%) and leadership, innovation and reputation (10 percent).
Then, the information is checked and quantified by the Institute. To come in for screening, companies need to subscribe.
