Lady Bier launches labels that represent the four elements

The Lady Bier launches the Single Hop Program. Consists of a kit with four beers, all Indian Pale Ale type, but each has only a single variety of hops in the recipe, which allows the consumer to understand the differences in each one of them on the palate and on the sense of smell.
The four beers go through the process called First Wort Hop, which consists in adding the hops in the primary must, in addition to several additions during the boil. It follows, then, the Dry Hopping, which is the addition of hops at the end of maturation.
These steps are essential for the beers have more intense flavors and aromas in relations with the other that are not subjected to this technique. Hops selected by Lady Bier to integrate Single Hop recipes are imported from Australia (Topaz), New Zealand (Motueka) and United States (Ahtanum and HBC 342). Each contains 6.5% alcohol and 60 IBUS (International Bitterness Units). Moreover, the ales bring modern labels represented by the four elements of nature (Earth, water, fire and air) who, each in their own way, are crucial to the whole process of manufacture of drinks.
