Bamberg beer launches Thunderstruck

The brewery Bamberg presents his new label, the Bamberg Thunderstruck. According to the manufacturer, the new beer does not have a defined style. "It's a more powerful turbocharged Kölsch", says the Brewer and owner of Bamberg, Alexandre Bazzo. Second Bazzo, the recipe was never produced by any brewery. He said that Thunderstruck is a word which, translated, means amazement, something that causes surprise or impact in a positive way. "And this is the feeling that we expect people to have to try this new beer", he adds.
The Bamberg Thunderstruck was produced by Dry Hopping method, a technique used in Bavaria until the beginning of the 20 century, but which, after wars and periods of major industries dominating the brewing market, was abandoned. "Dry Hopping is to use hops during the period of maturation of beer. With this, we extract aromas and flavors, but not the production of bitterness, "explains Alexandre Bazzo.
The Bamberg Thuderstruck is bottled only in 600 ml bottles and is a seasonal, released every month of March.
