Natura's profit falls 23% in the third quarter, to $ EUR 183.7 mi

SÃO PAULO-Natura reported late on Wednesday, 24, consolidated net profit of R $ EUR 183.7 million in the third quarter, with fall of 22.6% compared to the same period last year. Year to date through September, the profit was r $ 548,5 million, 9.2% reduction compared to the same range of 2012.
The Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) totaled r $ 398.3 million from July to September, 3.5% higher than in the third quarter of last year. In nine months, Ebitda was r $ 1.07 billion, an increase of 2.1%.
The company's consolidated net revenues grew 12% in the third quarter, reaching R $ 1,778 billion. From January to September, reached r $ 4,844 billion, an increase of 8.4% compared to the previous year.
