In-store order pickup

The Nissei Pharmacies now has a new mode of delivery in its e-commerce. In addition to delivery and post office, the network offers the service "Buy & Withdraw", in which the customer buys online and withdraws the order at the nearest store, at no extra cost.
According to Nissei, the goal is to expand the hybrid consumption experience between online and offline environments. After choosing the option to withdraw in store in e-commerce, the customer is notified by email at all stages of the purchase: approval, payment, separation and availability for withdrawal.
The service is available in more than 300 Nissei stores in Paraná, Santa Catarina and São Paulo.
