Category Records Growth of 5%

The production of electronics increased by 5% in 2019, compared to the annual comparison, according to data from the National Association of Manufacturers of Electronic Products (Eletros). Last year, 104.8 million units were produced. The white line category, which includes washing machines and stoves, grew by 7.8% compared to 2018. In the brown line, which concentrates audio and video equipment, such as televisions, the indicators showed evolution of 3%.
