Corn exports rise more than 130% by September with revenues of US $4.9 billion

Brazilian corn exports rose more than 130% between January and September of this year in comparison with the same period of 2018, according to the Secretariat of Commerce and International relations, of the Ministry of Agriculture on Thursday (10). Of the total value exported by the country in September, agribusiness accounted for 41.4% (US $18.74 billion). In the same month of 2018, agribusiness exports had a 42% share in total exports.
