Vulcabras Will License Under Armour Brand in the country

The Brazilian Azalea, manufacturer of footwear and sporting goods from Brazil, announced last Friday (06), hit deal to buy the entire operation of the American brand Under Armour sportswear in the country by a value not released. In a statement to the market, the Brazilian Elizabeth reported that the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of "conditions precedent" and that will be the Distributor and exclusive licensed American Group brands in Brazil. In the second quarter of this year, the manufacturer reported a net profit of $51.6 million against a profit of R R $200,000 in the same period last year.
