Sales in shopping centers of Brazil grow 4.9 percent in may, says Abrasce

SAO PAULO (Reuters)-the nominal revenue of sales of shopping centers of Brazil in may grew 4,9% in comparison with the same month of 2017, driven mainly by mother's day, reported on Friday the Brazilian Association of Shopping centres ( Abrasce). According to the entity, the result would have been even better were it not for the strike of truck drivers at the end of may, which reduced sales between 25 and 28, focusing on the sharp drop of 28% registered on day 27.
