Owens Illinois will increase production in 2019

Owens Illinois (O-I), manufacturer of glass containers, has announced that it will expand your production capacity in the State of Pernambuco. In 2019, the company will restart your plant operations inactive today in the municipality of Vitória do Santo Antão and will add a new production line in your factory in Recife. According to the-I, the purpose is to follow the demands of the fast-growing market due to the improvement in the brazilian economy. These actions combined will add capacity of 65000 tons, or more than 300 million glass containers, to the market.
