Roche Acquires Flatiron Health for $ $1.9 Bi

Roche pharmaceutical buys startup Flatiron Health company that collects and analyzes real data of treatment of patients with cancer-for $ $1.9 billion. For Roche, the acquisition will help the company to have a better dimension of how drugs of treatment for cancer patients ' routine work, in addition to the tests in the laboratory. The acquisition of Flatiron Health doesn't mean a merger at Roche, so startup will continue to function separately to relate to other players in the industry.
