German Merck considers selling business of consumer-focused health

FRANKFURT/Cologne-the German Merck is considering selling your consumer driven health unit of 1 billion dollars to achieve their financial goals, after the decline in your liquid crystal business forced her to review your strategy.

"Any possible profit of a potential transaction would be used to meet the global financial goals of the company," added the Executive.
Merck predicted a stable profit of approximately 4.4 billion to 4.6 billion euros in your main core of business to 2017 and a mild to moderate organic increase in sales.
