CADE must be tough in evaluating the merger of Kroton and Statius

Brasilia-the trial of acquisition of Statius by Kroton is scheduled for next week, with "real chances" of disapproval by the Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade), according to sources accompanying the negotiations.
