New formula and packaging Sakura Recasts Shoyu for Food Service

The Sakura expanded your assortment of soy sauce for the food service and developed the Aji in soy sauce with 30% sodium reduction in composition in relation to the traditional formulation, according to the company. The new formula is presented as an option for users to restaurants, fast foods and crêpe, in packs of 5 liters and 20 liters. Despite the new packaging and new formula for food service, Aji in soy sauce will continue under the shelves of PET packaging of retail 1 litre, 500 ml and 150 ml.
