The Emulzint, the Dutch industry ingredients for bakery and confectionery, launched the Sense-it line, which will revolutionize the bakery market in Brazil. Sense-it is a concentrate of different ingredients and selected as grains, seeds, fruits and nuts, which provides unique sensorial experiences.
Following the worldwide trend of products with healthy ingredients and very tasty, the Emulzint noted that people sought, more frequently, consume artisanal breads rustic appearance with grains, seeds, fruits or nuts. However, these products require bakeries high costs and complexity in production. "To allow the bakery market don''t miss this new mother lode, we launched the Sense-it line, which brings a base of grain, fiber and improvers and gives the possibility of producing specialty breads in bakeries of all sizes", explains Anderson Cattoni, Marketing Manager of the company.
One of the main advantages of Sense-it is adding value to products sold in bakeries. The line brings innovation, offering more opportunities for bakers flavors and combinations; quality, because they are made with selected ingredients concentrates; versatility, allowing use in any bread recipe; and practicality, with simple and fast application. "That is, Sense-it brings a lower cost and greater profit margin compared to the artisanal production of specialty breads," explains Cattoni.
The Sense-it Line, which is sold in boxes of 5 kg, can be used in the production of sweet breads or savoury brioche, Panettone and even pretzels. Is available in the following flavors: Andino, Cranberry and macadamia nuts, each with your own function.
