Dairy price index falls 3.5% GDT in auction

The international dairy price index GDT retreated in the auction held on Tuesday, 7, on GlobalDairyTrade, trading platform created by Fonterra, New Zealand. The indicator, which covers a number of products and salaries, fell 3.5% compared to the previous auction held on 17 October.
The average price was $ $3,105 per tonne. On the other hand, the average price of full milk powder was at $ $2,852 per tonne, and the index to the 5.5% against ceded product auction before.
The GDT index is considered a reference in the market of dairy products.
