SC Johnson Acquires the brand of Exposis Repellent

The SC Johnson, global manufacturer of pest control products, announced today (15) the acquisition of the lab of Brazil, manufacturer of Osler brand of insect repellents Exposis. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. "We are thrilled with the acquisition of the Exposis product line," said Fisk Johnson, Chairman and ceo of SC Johnson. "It''s a premium brand in Brazil and a good addition to our current product line of accredited pest control.", he concluded. Currently, the Exposis is available only in branches of the pharmacies of all Brazil.
