Potatoes can cherish on Christmas week

Last week, the standard potato special agate has strengthened 9.88% this week past front, marketed the $51,84/sc of 50 kg in attacked paulistanos. This lightweight high is due to reduction in supply by the fact the South-West region of São Paulo have finished harvesting, in addition to the heavy rains earlier in the week which prevented the activities in some places.
Despite the high, prices vary according to the quality of the potatoes. For this week, while the offer is still high, should slow down a bit due to the rains forecast, along with the possible increase of demand on the basis of end-of-year parties, may result in new high prices.
