Black Friday retail help rising 1.2% in November, points Serasa

There was high of 1.2% in the consumer movement in stores during the month of November, compared with October, already discounted seasonal effects, according to Serasa Experian. It was the first monthly retail trade of high second half of this year. In comparison with the same month last year, the movement fell 2.2%, the smallest fall in this criterion of comparison since September last year. And year to date, there are 7% retreat.

Already the segment of supermarkets, hypermarkets, food and drinks was stable.
In the year to November, the largest retraction of consumption in the period occurred in the segment of vehicles, motorcycles and parts, which registered a 13.3% drop compared to the same period last year. The second biggest decline was 12.9%, observed in the movement of consumers in stores of fabrics, clothing, footwear and accessories. There was also significant retreat of 11.5%, furniture stores, electronics and computer equipment.
Smaller falls occurred in the shops of building material ( -5.3%) and in supermarkets, hypermarkets, food and beverages ( -7.1%). Only the segment of fuels and lubricants remains in positive terrain, with a high of 2.2% compared to the period accumulated from January to November last year.
