Sale of new vehicles in Brazil in September fell 4.5% over a year earlier, says source

SAO PAULO (Reuters)-the sale of new vehicles in Brazil in September until Monday dropped 4.5 percent over the same period last year, but advanced on a monthly comparison, according to preliminary data of plates issued reported by a source in the industry.
The licensing of cars, light commercials, trucks and buses in September until the eve totaled approximately 279 thousand units, corresponding to approximately 13.3 million new vehicles per working day got their plates.
