Apple's profit sum $ 7.75 bi in the fiscal quarter, up 12.3%

SAO PAULO-the American Apple earned net income of $ 7.75 billion in the fiscal third quarter, ended June 29. In relation to the $ 6.9 billion recorded a year earlier, there were 12.3% advance.

Apple sold 13.3 million iPads in the quarter, with drop of 9.2% compared to the previous year, in its second consecutive quarterly retreat. The marketing of Mac personal computers rose 17.6% to 4.4 million units.
For the fourth fiscal quarter, the company projects revenue of $ 37 billion to $ 40 billion, below the $ 40,44 billion expected by analysts.
