Diageo launches Smirnoff White in bottle based "faceted"

Diageo, maker of Smirnoff vodka, has announced the launch of Smirnoff White. The drink is cold filtered -6° C, which, according to the company, results in an exceptionally smooth flavor, because the vodka is cooled below the freezing point and passed for modern carbon filters.
The white bottle of Smirnoff White reflects the crystalline formations found in Arctic ice. A clear basis of cut glass turns into a white and smooth finish when approaching the neck, where it appears the logo of Smirnoff White, as if it were recorded in a block of solid ice.
Smirnoff White will be sold only in free shops at airports around the world. "We chose the duty-free shops as the only points of sale worldwide of Smirnoff White to reward travelers who seek for unique offerings, in order to enhance their experiences and to serve as a souvenir of their travels," says Global Marketing Director of Diageo Global Travel and Middle East (GTME), Steve White.
