Coca-Cola Brazil launches Powerade Zero

Coca-Cola Brazil will expand the sports hydration segment in Brazil with the launch of Powerade Zero ™, drink drink of minerals and vitamins, with zero calorie, in the country. The drink with zero sugar takes the ION4 formula, made up of the electrolytes sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamins B3, B6 and B12. The news hits the market from this month throughout the country, in the flavors Tangerine and Mountain Blast.
Powerade Zero ™ was conceived in the research and development lab of the Coca-Cola Company, in Rio de Janeiro. Is one of the five advanced research centers for Coca-Cola worldwide, apart from Belgium, Japan, China and United States. The drink was formulated to help the body absorb and retain liquids, avoiding dehydration, which can affect the performance of physical exercise, without adding calories back. People who exercise can benefit from Powerade Zero ™, prior to exercise or sporting activities to help achieve the ideal hydration level.
