AmBev reinforces actions to accelerate sales of beer Brahma Extra

Ambev performs this week two marketing actions with the objective to accelerate sales of specialty beers Brahma Extra. The effort is also part of the company''s strategy to strengthen the brand Brahma, second best-selling brand of Ambev in Brazil, behind the Skol. Brahma Extra lines in Lager, Red Lager and Weiss — were released in 2015 and feature an average growth rate of more than 15% per month, according to Ambev, racking up over 400% growth in two years.
One of the actions was held on Thursday (6/7). Ambev has partnered with UberEats, the food delivery service Uber. Between 12:00 and 4:00 pm, UberEats users that ask for food might ask a beer Brahma Extra and get the kit at home, free of charge. The action thanks to the cities of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte. The kit includes three beers-one of each flavour-and a leaflet with information about the beers and matching tips with dishes. To receive the kit, the user had to fill out a registration in the shop of Brahma Extra, within the UberEats application.
The prediction of Ambev was distributing 30000 kits in this action. Is the first of its kind held by the brewery.
