Volkswagen and Tata Motors study cooperation agreement in India

Volkswagen and Tata Motors are studying the possibility of a strategic cooperation agreement in India, the German automaker reported today.
The companies have signed a memorandum of understanding for the development of joint projects which will be explored in detail in the coming months, according to Volkswagen.
The goal is to develop components of vehicles and, possibly, prototypes of cars. The brand Skoda, Volkswagen, will lead the project.
Volkswagen, which is already well established in China, seeks to expand your product portfolio into new markets in the long term.
