YouTube to launch subscription music service in 2018, says Bloomberg

The Alphabet is planning to introduce a music streaming service paid in March 2018, Bloomberg reported on Thursday, citing people for the subject.
The record label Warner Music already signed, while Sony, Universal and Merlin, an independent Consortium, negotiate with the video streaming site, told Bloomberg.
The service, called as Remix according to Bloomberg, will compete with similar offerings from Spotify and Apple.
Google, unity of the Alphabet, presented Google Play Music, streaming broadcast service in 2011. YouTube launched the Red, ad-free subscription service, in 2016, with exclusive content from popular designers such as Lilly Singh Michael Stevens.
