Toilet paper is 8.98% cheaper, in São Paulo''s basket

The value of the basket in the municipality of São Paulo surged of 0.17%, during the period from 3/6 to 9/6, reveals Research Foundation daily Procon-SP, an agency in the Department of Justice and defence of citizenship of the State of São Paulo, in partnership with the Dieese. The average price, which on the day 2/6 was passed to 681.57 682.75 R$ R$ in June 9.
Per group, were found the following variations: food: 0.58%; Cleaning: -0.75%; Personal hygiene: -3.38%.
The variation in June stood at 0.64% 2016 (base 5/31/16).
In the period of 3/6 the 9/6, the products more soared were: Beans carioquinha (kg) 11.88%; Bleach (liter 7.93%; White eggs (dozen) 5.88%; Potatoes (kg) 5.10%; Stuffed biscuits (130/150 g package) 2.99%.
The largest falls were: onion (kg) -9.36%; Fine white toilet paper (with 4 units) -8.98%; Margarine (250 g) -4.40%; Laundry detergent (kg) -3.72%; Manioc flour roasted (500 g) -3.37%.
Of the 39 products surveyed, in weekly variation, 21 presented high and 18 have decreased in price. The products more pressured the high during the period, whereas their weights in the basket, were, in this order: bean carioquinha (kg) 0.30%; Potatoes (kg) 0.19%; UHT milk (litre) 0.14%; Sliced mozzarella cheese (kg) 0.11%; White eggs (dozen) 0.09%.
