Microsoft will buy LinkedIn for 26.2 billion dollars

São Paulo-Microsoft today announced that it will buy the professional social network LinkedIn for 26.2 billion dollars.
Every action of the social network will be bought by 196 dollars, totaling the 26.2 billion. The announcement was made in a post published on the blog of the Microsoft.
The text asserts that LinkedIn will keep its independence and features after the acquisition. In the position of CEO will continue the current Chief Executive of the social network, Jeff Weiner. He will report to Satya Nadella, current CEO of Microsoft.

The agreement, which was approved unanimously among the advice of Microsoft and LinkedIn, has yet to be approved by shareholders of LinkedIn and regulatory agencies.
