After undergoing quality tests, the dark sauce, homemade type, Demi-Glace Knorr, is coming to market with new formula and new packaging, more practical and economical. According to the manufacturer, the product has been evaluated by 100 cooks in several tests and trials.
This is a sauce that can be used for different preparations that accompany meats and is directed mainly to restaurants and large networks of food away from home, and can be found also in wholesale networks.
