Rede d'or agrees to buy 10% of Qualicorp shares

SÃO PAULO (Reuters)-The hospital group Rede d'or São Luiz signed this Thursday to buy about 10% of the shares of Qualicorp, the companies affirmed through a relevant fact. Qualicorp stated that the shares will be purchased from the shareholder and current CEO of the company, José Seripieri Junior. He will follow in office and as a member of the company's board until the closing of the operation. Then he will follow as a shareholder, with about 10% of the shares.
