Sales in Brazil Have 4.4% drop, Says ACSP

Retail sales registered a decrease of 4.4% in São Paulo in March over the same month last year. The survey is part of the Sales balance of the São Paulo commercial Association (ACSP). Both the term system (-5.8%) as for vista (-2.9%) presented fall. Already accumulated in the period from January to March 2019, sales rose 1.1% on average (compared to the previous year). Front of the month of February, sales have risen by an average of 7.4 percent in March, below the seasonal pattern, which varies between 10% and 15% at this time of year.
