Pulled by generation Y or millennials — those born between 1980 and 2000-the food service industry (which includes food outside the home and delivery services) should grow 20% in Brazil between 2016 and 2020, according to the projection made by the global advisory Duff & Phelps. The phenomenon came with what occurs in the United States, where growth should reach 25 percent in the same interval.
