Porto Seguro's profit increases 34% in the fourth quarter of 2018

The net profits of the Porto Seguro R $387 million in the fourth quarter of 2018, an increase of 44% over the same period to 2017. In 2018, excluding effects of the sale of the IRB's participation, net profit rose 34 percent to $1.3 billion. The sale of Reinsurance Brazil (IRB) in 2017 has recoorrentes effects for the balance of 2018. In the past financial year, the company turned to recurring payment of proceeds of R $800 million.
