CADE Approves Sale of Nestlé Waters to Alka

The Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) approved the acquisition of the business of Nestlé Waters waters by Alka Minalba, held four months ago. The organ, responsible for the prevention of abuse of economic power in Brazil, not imposed restrictions on the company belonging to the Edson Queiroz. With the authorization, the Indaiá Minalba will continue producing and distributing Nestle brand Purity Vital and also have the granting of marketing of brands Perrier, s. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
