Secretaria da Fazenda suspends sales of Wow, owner of Sufresh

The Secretariat of Finance of Sao Paulo suspended the marketing of beverages and foods of Wow Nutrition, manufacturer of the Sufresh juice. The Fresh operation Alert was sparked on Thursday (1/6), by the Irs to determine the fiscal drive paulista company with headquarters in Toronto, São Paulo.

According to the Secretariat of finance, the company was forbidden to issue receipts in March 2016, but went on to discuss legal action by getting an injunction for operation. The Attorney General of the State, in defense of the DRT (Tax police station) of the Paraíba Valley, filed an appeal and obtained a favourable opinion to the State.
