Tender acquires two energy operations in Brazil for $180 mi

Milan-Italian company Tender signed agreement to buy two electric power operations in Brazil, with a total value of 180 million dollars.
The contracts, according to the Communique, aimed at the creation of about 500 kilometers of energy infrastructure on behalf of Planova.
The concessions will last for 30 years. The Tender will take ownership of concessions and will operate the line, while the Planova will be responsible for design and construction.
