Delta raises offer to acquire up to 32 percent of Aeroméxico Group

Mexico City-Delta Air Lines upped to your offer on Monday to purchase up to 32% of the outstanding shares of Aeroméxico Group, at a price of 53 pesos per share, more than 20% above the initially advertised price, in a deal of $590 million.
Delta, which had previously offered 43.59 pesos per share of the group that controls one of the two major airlines of Mexico, said that the new price is a result of "exchange rate movements and other factors", without giving further details.
