Tradbor presents Gualapack solutions

The brazilian Tradbor stand-up Pouches (www.tradbor.com.br), a member of the Italian Gualapack Group (www.gualapack.com) since July 2015, presents all Gualapack solutions portfolio. This system of flexible packaging, worldwide, consists of a pouch with spout and lid ideal for use in food pastes and drinks. Gualapack system brings together cutting-edge technology and world-leading expertise in all stages of production of packaging: use of a high barrier laminate (multilayer film), production of the injection nozzles and pouch, caps and filling machine. Another advantage of the technique Gualapack system is the possibility of filling the pasteurized product (hot fill). As Alan explains, "the hot filling is made by the beak, avoiding head space (empty space) on the packaging which can oxidize the product. Made the filling, packing passes through a steam pasteurization tunnel that sterilizes the entire set. This heat treatment, combined with the high barrier of the packaging structure, considerably increases the shelf life of the product and makes the perfect system for drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages), energy, foods such as baby food, snacks, fruit purees, milk and yoghurt, sauces and desserts.

Among the innovations of the Tradbor, the highlight is for PepUp ®, a fully flexible and highly convenient pouches: you can open it and refechá it with a simple movement, using only one hand. The Gualapack is the only company in the world to have a patent and be licensed by the Switzerland company inventor of the system. The PepUp ® is a lightweight, innovative, safe and easy to handle, in addition to being 100% flexible and suitable for liquid and semi-liquid products like water, juices, dairy products, sauces, condiments, fruit purees, detergents and industrial products. "In other words, everything that can be bottled in a flexible packaging squeezable (squeeze) is ideal for PepUp ® system." This is because the solder on the top of the Pack PepUp ® works like a valve that regulates the output of product: when the pouch is "tight" the valve releases the product and then returns to the sealed position, avoiding dirt and waste. "This is a feature similar to the silicone valve system, with the advantage of having no rigid piece welded to the pouch, making the solution more competitive."
The new packaging is available in different formats and for being unbreakable, offers total convenience to the consumer, in addition to functionality in its use and re-closure. Its target audience are modern consumers, at home or on the move, accustomed to good products at an affordable price.
