Small bag can be free in the city of São Paulo

One of the authors of the project, Councilman Nelo Rodolfo (PMDB) says that consumers are being harmed by the collection. "The bag is the most appropriate means to people leaving the supermarket with dignity. Some people spend 500 or more R$ on purchases and still have to pay for bags. "
